​Founded by Tola, Ijan Tola (pronounced Ee•Jan Toh•La) is an independent Afrocentric brand creating vivid, hand-illustrated art prints, homeware, and accessories. Every design is an original illustration by Tola, inspired by the bold patterns and vibrant colours of West African textiles, with all products proudly made in England.

The brand began as a passion project, starting with decorative appliqué created as personalised family gifts. This soon grew into a wider vision: to combine West African culture and textile influences with contemporary design, bringing more colour, joy, and cultural connection into everyday spaces.
