​Founded by Tola, Ijan Tola (pronounced Ee•Jan Toh•La) is an independent Afrocentric brand creating vibrant, hand-illustrated art prints, homeware, and accessories. Each piece features an original illustration by Tola, inspired by the bold patterns and rich colours of West African textiles, with all products proudly made in England.

The brand began as a personal passion project, starting with hand-crafted appliqué designs created as personalised gifts for family and friends. What began as a creative outlet soon evolved into a wider vision — to blend West African cultural influences with contemporary design, creating joyful pieces that bring colour, meaning, and personality into everyday spaces.
